I absolutely adore pie.

One of the perfect foods, in my opinion.

I am curious, does the Blueberry/Strawberry pie filling freeze well?

We are only 2, in our household, so I have individual pie pans, to reduce waste and waist.

You're so right, pie is perfect!

The blueberry pie filling should freeze just fine, I think the strawberry filling is a bit of a risk to freeze. Unfortunately I think that one will end up a bit too soupy due to the higher moisture content of strawberries. Hope this can help and happy baking! -Morgan

Thank you for the good news about the blueberries, as they are plentiful in our grocery stores, this summer.

I may have to get out my Kitchen Chemist hat, to see if I can make the Strawberries work.

I am never one to leave well enough, alone.

Sounds delicious + once a month i get 10 lbs of organic wild Maine blueberries- they are the best. Looks like I'll have to make a pie this week and pick up some homemade ice cream at my land grant university's dairy.
